2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on jtwain, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on jtwain or under any exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any such person associated with jtwain or its gaming software providers.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jtwain. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where jtwain identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein. 2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jtwain will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. 4.1 Bonus Eligibility

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific Bonus Terms of a promotion, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion. jtwain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the Player must complete the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager a cumulative total of ৳30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).

4.3 Abuse & Fraud

jtwain operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses, exploiting software errors or miscalculations in promotional offers, or engaging in coordinated wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent the spirit of wagering requirements. • A match must reach its minimum required number of overs (as specified in the market rules) for bets to stand. If a match is abandoned or reduced below the minimum threshold before that point, all bets on that market will be voided.
• In-play bets are accepted up until the moment the market is suspended. Bets placed after a wicket falls, boundary is scored, or other in-play event occurs — but before that event is reflected in the odds — may be voided at jtwain's discretion.

7.1 Ownership

No element of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jtwain.

7.2 Limited Licence

jtwain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer access to the platform to any third party. The licence terminates automatically upon closure of your account or breach of these Terms.

8.1 Platform Availability

jtwain makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, jtwain does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond jtwain's reasonable control, including acts of God, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

8.2 Gambling Losses

jtwain is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players using the platform. All wagers are placed at the Player's sole discretion and risk. jtwain strongly recommends that all Players set personal financial limits and never wager funds they cannot afford to lose. 8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtwain's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jtwain account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jtwain's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jtwain collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using jtwain, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jtwain uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data at rest against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

jtwain reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jtwain will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
